Introduction

This double major provides a thorough coverage of the legal and administrative requirements for business and industrial administration. Corporate governance monitors standards and ensures compliance with the laws which authorise and regulate companies and their commercial activities. The management component of this double major provides complementary coverage of behavioural and organisational aspects of corporate governance.
