The management processes of planning, implementation and control. Analysis and implementation and monitoring of existing strategies and tactics for enterprises and activities on a horticulture or aquaculture firm. Selected topics include - whole businessanalysis, price-risk management, technical and economic management of production systems and machinery economics.
