Western Australia has very strong industries in minerals and materials, and this minor course of study in Organic and Inorganic Chemistry, has a particular emphasis on the minerals and materials sectors.

N1 To satisfy the requirements of this minor, students must complete 100 credits of Chemistry units including at least 50 credits of third year Chemistry units.
NB The normal sequence of units is Organic Chemistry 201 and Inorganic Chemistry 202 followed by third year Chemistry units. Other similar level units may be substituted on consultation with the Head of Applied Chemistry or Undergraduate Coordinator.
