Introduction

Provides an understanding of a range of heritage issues relevant to curatorial practice. Including interpretation of images, places and objects and the role of institutions such as art galleries, libraries, museums, the media and the education system in producing and disseminating national heritage. Knowledge and skills relating to the care and management of museum collections will be gained.
