Introduction

This course provides a strong research grounding for those entering either the professional or academic teaching and research fields of psychology. A major component of the course involves the planning, conduct and presentation of an honours dissertation.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

An accredited three year psychology degree. Refer to Admission into Honours Degree Programs and Regulations for Honours Degrees (General Information section).

Duration and Availability

This course is one year full-time or equivalent part-time study.

Professional Recognition

The honours program meets the requirement of a four year degree in psychology.
