Syllabus:

Multimedia content management. Information Retrieval. Bayesian Networks and Applications. Incremental Learning Systems. Advanced Topics in Network Reliability. Advanced Topics on the Application of Control Theory to Networks. Text, Search and Retrieval Systems. Researching, writing and presenting academic/scientific papers (topics include trends in multimedia, web intelligence, ubiquitous computing, current trends in robotics).
