Syllabus:

Development of written, oral, electronic and interpersonal skills in communicating with others. Provides a vocationally orientated approach including the basis of communications and principles of usage, study skills, assignment and report writing, writing short briefs, journal articles, letters and summaries. Oral presentation in formal and informal settings. Introduction to business communication skills. Information literacy in citation, referencing and bibliography is developed.
