Syllabus:

Histotechnology - basis of histopathological investigation, fixation, tissue processing, section cutting, basic staining theory and histopathological concepts. Immunology - the human immune system, antigens and antibodies and antigen-antibody reactions. Separation techniques - electropherosis and chromatography. Biochemistry - basic concepts of metabolism, energy production and storage.
