Introduction to supply and value chain management (logistics). Procurement, transportation, inventory control, production, distribution, warehousing, order processing and information systems, customer service. Global logistics, e-business, e-logistics and order fulfillment using supply chain concepts. Inter-organisational information systems, relationship and linkages for supply chain members. Use of industrial standard software.
