Legislative and administrative control of environmental health. Parliamentary structure and processes for creating Acts and delegated legislation. Structure and function of state and local health departments Health Act 1911 and delegate legislation, powers of environmental health personnel. Local government Act and associated statures. The nature of criminal law, civil law and equity. The law of torts, evidence and legal process. Administrative law, real property, agency and bailment.
