Syllabus:

Review of Community Development Framework, in particular, supporting groups for action and working for justice. Strategies for building a strong and representative reference group and ensuring the evaluation project remains participatory, accountable to key stakeholders and the critical reference group and acknowledge Aboriginal Terms of Reference. Issues concerning the representation of indigenous people.
