Syllabus:

Review of the components of Indigenous Community Management and Development (ICMD) or Indigenous Primary Health Care (IPHC) practice including aboriginal terms of reference, community development and community management or primary health care and their application to evaluation practice. Links between evaluation, community development and action research. Ethical evaluation practice. Participation of the critical reference group and other stakeholders in the evaluation project.
