Syllabus:

Indigenous ways of community building health workers role in assisting communities with strategies to achieve vision and unity. Resources needed by communities for healthy living and resources needed by health workers for care delivery - networking, referrals and teamwork. Change - the concept, process and strategies used in health related manners. Health promotion - principles and practice of teaching and learning, process of health promotion in a creative culturally appropriate framework. Strategies toassess, plan, deliver and evaluate a health education project.
