Syllabus:

Policies, projects and planned change within indigenous contexts. Preparation and monitoring of project budgets. Problem identification and analysis, negotiation and consultation within indigenous contexts, identification of stakeholders and potential impacts both of, and on indigenous projects. Broader policy impacts on both indigenous projects and project management practices of an Indigenous Community Management and Development Practitioner.
