Syllabus:

Check surveys and their accuracy. Complex orientation surveys for underground mines. Tunnelling surveys and setting out the tunnelling equipment. Specialised equipment - laser pointers and sensors. Slope deformation and stability monitoring. Subsidence monitoring and prediction. Borehole surveys. Geodetic surveys. High accuracy GPS surveys - introduction to space geodesy.
