Syllabus:

Design and application of collaborative technology for supporting work groups in any time any place environments. Email and calendaring, discussion databases, document management, workflow, web integration, knowledge management, e-learning, group dynamics, facilitation, meeting systems, and video conferencing. Intranet and e-commerce applications.
