Syllabus:

Explores the Australian Legal System as it applies to the legal environment within which the managerial function operates. In particular it covers important and practical issues of legal procedure, torts and contracts relevant to managers, business structures, agency law, laws protecting consumers and regulating business actions, laws applying to finance and bankruptcy as well as insurance and intellectual property.
