Syllabus:

An introduction to skills and knowledge needed to conduct a professional practice as a contemporary artist. Students are shown how to prepare the relevant documentation and professional presentation needed to conduct a practice as artists. As well as thestructures of financing and grant applications students are given practical experience in how to negotiate the art world.
