Fiduciary relationships. Introduction to trusts. Creation of a trust. Failing, setting aside and revocation of trusts. Charitable and purpose trusts. Implied and constructive trusts. Administration of trusts. Personal representatives. Enforcement of a trust and fiduciary obligations. Taxation of trusts. Bankruptcy. Corporate insolvency.
