Risk assessment techniques for consumers and small business, analysis and interpretation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flows and funds statements and how these impact on risk assessment, industry structure analysis and the competitive environment - interpretation of these issues in making risk assessment, risk management practices, setting lending policy guidelines, the use of credit scoring and expert systems in the anlaysis and interpretation of lending risk.
