Introduction


The course is designed for students admitted for a higher degree by research but who do not satisfy the minimum English language entry requirement for Higher Degree Research Students.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites


Entry is conditional on a concurrent offer for a postgraduate research program. Applicants must have a minimum English language level of IELTS 5, TOEFL 520 or CUTE D.

Duration and Availability


This bridging course is available at Bentley on a full-time or equivalent part-time basis. International students must maintain a full-time enrolment in their higher degree program for visa requirements.

Additional Course Expenses


Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study.

Special Note


Students must successfully complete all three units before applying for candidacy.
