Introduction


How the Internet works, how to use it, how it might be regulated and managed. The Internet understood as a complex socio-cultural phenomenon and exploited as a virtual environment. Students learn basic web design. This stream provides students with a substantial level of skill and knowledge in understanding and managing Internet activities. The Internet Policy and Culture stream may usefully be combined with the Internet Design stream.
