Syllabus: The psychological theories or models that guide interventions to promote physical activity, exercise and sports participation. The evidence base on which interventions can be developed and evidence on the outcomes of trials of interventions. Performance enhancement through mental skills training. Feedback and its potential negative and positive effects. Goal setting.
