Syllabus: A supervised independent research project under the guidance of the faculty supervisor. Identification of a case study research project or research question(s) in the area of either economics or management focusing on a topical issue in the broad field of mineral economics. With relevant literature review; planning and the development of a research project; the design, and project development tools; use of analytical research methods; data collection and analysis; writing of scientific report(s) and article(s) at a postgraduate level.
