Syllabus: An introduction to marketing concepts, the marketing environment, consumer behaviour , business to business marketing, market segmentation and research and the interaction between wine marketing and tourism for the purpose of informing decisions about varietal selection and land management.. The unit incorporates a range of real-life industry examples and encourages students to work together as groups to develop a marketing plan for a prescribed wine industry scenario.
