Syllabus (HB): Governance, business strategy and financial management. Introduction to the practice and theory of governance, strategic management and strategic financial management skills to support effective decision making. Development of awareness, thinking abilities and management skills in the area of governance, strategy and financial management, with an emphasis on the behavioural aspects associated with such information.
