Syllabus: Study tour along Western Australias coast examining the marine environment directly, and approaches to coastal zone management. Marine and coastal environmental impacts associated with aquaculture, tourism, climate change, resource extraction, and coastal developments. First-hand look at the strategies implemented by regional organisations to deal with management of the coastal and marine environment and associated anthropogenic impacts.
