Syllabus: Economic analysis of the property development process, the impact of planning in the property development process, financial feasibility analysis for development projects, valuation approaches for development property, market research and analysis, general development costs, analysis and estimation of building costs for development projects, management processes for development projects, data collection and quantitative techniques for property development, case studies, computer techniques and applications.
