Syllabus: The unit covers technical, operational and aesthetic conventions and practices used in the production of screen drama, including: crew roles and responsibilities, creative relationships, pre-production requirements, production management, staging/camera coverage considerations, working with actors, continuity shooting/editing, lighting, sound design, production design and editing.
