Introduction

Students who are undertaking a single major in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and have chosen the industrial modelling and optimisation units also enrol in this stream in order to complete their BSc (Applied Mathematics and Statistics). It is designed to provide students with the skills in mathematics, engineering and computing and to apply them to business, industry and government with the aim of increasing efficiency and productivity.
