Introduction

This stream is especially suitable for students who want to develop advanced direct practice skills and competencies. Through two significant field placements, critical reflection on the application of counselling theories, models and approaches to specific client groups will be enhanced. They provide students with the opportunity to specialise in specific practice settings. Optional units are offered allowing students to concentrate on particular areas of interest.
