Workshop: 1 x 3 Hours Weekly
Syllabus: Combines traditional illustration skills with mixed media in a digital format to achieve final production visuals. Using primarily Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Freehand, students will have the opportunity to utilise photographic, scanning and drawing techniques to compose their designs. Lectures and tutorials will also be based on modern digital techniques whilst addressing the needs of individual student outcomes. Opportunity will be provided to establish a self-directed project and influence the content of student-based workshops. A strong emphasis will be placed on project research, development and a folio presentation.
