Syllabus:	Introduction to national and international policy-making for Internet-related activities, both public and private, commercial and other. Exploration of the complicated structure of governance of the Internet: the structure involves a unique mix of national, international, quasi-governmental and private organisations, leading to both advantages and problems for understanding and harnessing the Internet.
