Syllabus: Direct current/direct current (DC/DC) converters: step up and step down. Isolated converters. Half-bridge and full-bridge DC/DC converters. Drives: switch mode converters for alternating current (AC) and DC drives. Drive systems: converter matching, efficiency and power quality issues.
