Introduction

This course is designed for those who wish to improve their ability to analyse property investments and developments. It is suitable for private investors and developers as well as consultants in the property industry and practising professionals wishing to update their skills.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

A degree from a recognised institution in a discipline other than property studies or applicants without a degree or equivalent, but with extensive industry training and work experience.

Recognition of Prior Learning

There is no recognition of prior learning, however consideration may be given for unit substitution.

Duration and Availability

This fee-paying course is one year part-time study and studies commencing only in the first semester of the academic year.

Additional Course Expenses

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.

Special Note

Students are expected to have access to a CD-Rom drive and may incur a cost for personal Internet access.
