Fundamentals of engineering economics; financial reporting and statements; cost behaviour and cost drivers; depreciation and taxes; time value of money, NPV and IRR; money management and inflation; cost of capital; sensitivity analysis and decision making; fundamentals of project management; project planning, control, and life cycle; project selection criteria, WBS; time management, Gantt charts, PERT, and scheduling techniques; critical path analysis; resource and cost control; project termination and integration.
