Syllabus:

Review of modern business technology trends and issues. This may include overviews of modern business applications including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), e-commerce, m-commerce, knowledge management and groupware, customer relationship management,supply chain management, data warehousing, data mining, business intelligence, competitive intelligence and their impact on the organisation.
