Syllabus:

This unit is the laboratory companion to Molecular Techniques 632. DNA and protein analysis using a variety of advanced molecular techniques including sequencing, detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms, gene expression, and cloning. The techniques will be presented in real-life situations that will involve experimental design and problem solving.
