Syllabus:

Communication. Social wellbeing of the individual. Ethnicity. Patient care. Hospital or health environment. Sterile environment and aseptic technique. Seminar component consists of various medical imaging scientists speaking on the subject of patient care with different types of patients, namely paediatric, geriatric, physically and mentally disadvantaged patients, oncology patients and the importance of communicating within a radiology department.
