Syllabus:

Provides advanced knowledge of the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of micturation and defaecation. Includes knowledge of different forms of urinary incontinence, including childhood incontinence. Covers ano-rectal dysfunction, constipation and faecal incontinence. Introduces the topics of male incontinence and erectile dysfunction. Provides for the development of advanced clinical skills in the assessment and management of patients with incontinence and related disorders. Develops an advanced understanding of outcome measures relevant to the management of incontinence. Encourages the development of advanced clinical reasoning in the management of complex cases involving various forms of incontinence.
