Stress on people working in health management and/or related areas. Stress and its effect on health and behaviour at work. Basic concepts, physiological mechanisms of stress, external sources of stress, mediating variables, symptoms, models of stress in the workplace, management and employee stress, burnout, strategies for dealing with management and employee stress.
