Syllabus:

Undertake case studies of best practice strategies in the Human Resource Development field. It also covers trends for reshaping the HRD function by partnering with private sector providers in the current funder, purchaser and provider paradigm and devolving the HRD function to the front line and/or project team level. Promoting the HRD function and measuring the long term effectiveness of interventions are studied.
