Syllabus:

Approved theoretical studies and practical work in an area of applied physics. Undertaken in collaboration with an external organisation. Usually completed over summer break. If part of a summer studentship program, 12 hours per week must be devoted to project work for seven weeks minimum. The results are presented in a major written report.
