Syllabus:

Further development of physiotherapy competencies in health care provision. Student seminars are included on contemporary topics critical to care provision such as ageing, torture and trauma, aboriginal health, organ transplants, intellectual disability,domestic violence, cross cultural health, palliative care, children in families, rural and remote health, altered mental health, HIV and AIDS. Case presentations on typical disorders are used to continue emphasis on clinical reasoning using evidence-based practice principles.
