Syllabus:

Sampling and sample preparation. Separation techniques. The application of instrumental techniques. Radioimmunoassay, EMIT and related techniques. Sources of error. Therapeutic significance of results. Design of simple analytical procedures. This unit requires 60 hours of practical training in an appropriate environment.
