Workers compensation in Western Australia. Employers liability for injury to workers/employees. Occupational Health and Safety and Mines Safety Laws in Western Australia and other states. Discrimination on the grounds of impairment. Consideration of other relevant laws that relate to disability and impairment (Social Security Act 1991, the laws of evidence/procedure).
