Syllabus:

An applications focus on business strategy, examining the underlying economic, financial, technological and special industrial characteristics which provide rationales for specific strategic typologies (eg cooperation versus competition, risk management). Computer simulation exercises on specific sectors. Structural and philosophical evolution of different industries. Global management and its effect on future strategic directions.
