Syllabus:

Role and training of dietitians, professionalism, ethics, health care teams. Medical records and documentation of nutrition care. Conducting diet histories. Nutrition counselling and interviewing. Application of counselling theory - stages of change, behaviour modification, cognitive behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing. Group education.
