Syllabus:

Organisational issues in implementation of information systems including success factors, business process redesign, user resistance, IS evaluation, benefits realisation and OH and S and contractual requirements. Project management requirements includingsystem and acceptance testing, software and hardware installation, data uptakeconversion, system introduction strategies, user training and user support.
