Syllabus:

Aims to integrate the various innovative, creative, business and SET skills and approaches learned in previous course units into a coherent framework that can be applied on real projects. The focus is on the development of enterprise plans, initiating entrepreneurial ventures and the growth and development entrepreneurial businesses. Concepts such as change processes, marketing and enterprise finance are developed. The techniques that should be employed include creative thinking, critical thinking, dialectic argumentation, deconstruction, discovery through analogy and Ba (a Japanese management concept for transforming tacit knowledge into explicit entrepreneurial knowledge for action). The unit involves case studies, simulations and role play. Innovation and creativity are focused on the SET area and the human/intuition side emphasised.
